Se ordenó al Juzgado de la referencia poner en conocimiento a la parte demandada sobre la acción de tutela, toda vez que omitió las respectivas notificaciones, vulneró el derecho de defensa de la parte, lo que ocasiona una nulidad.
Sin embargo, es importante resaltar que la nulidad que se ha presentado es saneable.
En consecuencia, exhortó devolver el expediente al mencionado juzgado para que cumpla lo aquí ordenado.

- Primero. ORDENAR al Juzgado
- Primero. Civil Municipal de Medellin, poner en conocimiento la nulidad de todo lo actuado, a partir de la presentacion de la presente demanda de tutela, a la parte demandada. En consecuencia, el citado juzgado debe notificar al representante legal del "BAR BARAONA", la nulidad del presente proceso, por no habersele notificado su iniciacion. Ademas, se le advertira que si guarda silencio, la nulidad se entendera saneada, caso en el cual el expediente se remitira nuevamente a esta Sala de Revision, para emitir el fallo de fondo.
- Segundo. DEVOLVER, por Secretaria General, el presente expediente al Juzgado
- Primero. Civil Municipal de Medellin, para que de cumplimiento a lo ordenado en el numeral anterior.
